Being tired does not always mean sleeping well.
We know that muscle tension, soreness and sensitive joints can make nights less comfortable. After an intense training session or a long, active day, these sensations can become more noticeable at bedtime.
We designed Arnica Sleep to combine relaxation and sports recovery, to encourage the body unwind and recover during the night.
The link between physical comfort and sleep
It is harder to relax when muscles remain tense or certain areas feel sensitive.
Massaging with a balm before bed gives you a few minutes to soothe overworked muscles and feel more comfortable. The massage helps the body slow down and gradually prepare for rest.
Feeling more physically comfortable can make it easier to settle, fall asleep and enjoy a more restful night.
Supporting recovery during the night
As we know, we do have to sleep, and sleep also plays an important role in sports recovery.
Arnica Sleep contains Arnica montana, traditionally used in massage to support muscles and joints after exercise. When applied before bed, it aims to help you wake with less stiffness and muscle soreness, and with a body that feels better prepared for the day ahead.
A formula created for the evening
Arnica is combined with lavender and bergamot essential oils for their relaxing and calming properties.
Arnica Sleep smells exquisite, is handmade in small batches in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, using a concentrated formula without unnecessary ingredients.
How to use the balm before bed
Apply a small amount to tired or tense areas, such as the legs, knees, feet, back, shoulders or neck.
Massage slowly for a few minutes, then leave the balm on the skin overnight.
Together, sleep and post-workout recovery: take a moment to unwind and wake up ready for what lies ahead.
