Why use arnica in massage?

Arnica montana is a mountain flower traditionally used to aid recovery after exercise. Incorporated into massage, it helps the therapist work on the muscles used, reduce muscle soreness, and improve the client's comfort after physical activity.

Designed for professional massage

Suitable for sports, recovery, and wellness massages. Its smooth, thick texture provides controlled glide and good control during massage.
